Knife and puncture-resistant vest + Cordura molle pouch - Security Guard

The pack of anti-knife vest with outer cover for Vigilante de Seguridad MOLLE Cordura 500D vest offers anti-knife, anti-cut, antitrauma and anti-stab.

The vest is manufactured and tested in Spain at laboratories of the Textile Technology Institute AITEX, according to the standard NIJ STD 0115.00, obtaining the following ratings:

• NIJ Level 1 – Edged Blade Class
• Blade (Blade) type S1/G (Level 1E1 – 24 J)
• Blade (Blade) type P1/A (Level 1E1 – 24 J)
• Spike (Spike) (Level 1E1 – 24 J)

The MOLLE cover in black color features a design that allows to adjust the vest comfortably and easily thanks to its elastic side closures and shoulder straps with Velcro adjustment. Additionally, it offers front, back and side protection, providing up to 10% more coverage compared to other anti-knife vest covers.

The pack includes two anti-knife and anti-stab panels (front and rear) made of hardened stainless steel, a material with technical characteristics far superior to others used for the same purpose, being up to 30% more effective at equal weight and thickness.

The panels are laser heat-sealed to protect them from sweat, moisture and other environmental factors. The cover has internal openings with zipper closure, allowing the panels to be removed for cleaning.

The cover is made of nylon Cordura 500D, a material highly resistant to tearing and abrasion. On the front, it has a laser-cut MOLLE panel, which allows attaching accessories useful during duty, such as pouches, first-aid kits, holsters for flashlights or multitools.

On the front, just above the Velcro area for the plate of Vigilante de Seguridad, it has an attachment point to secure accessories, such as a clip-on flashlight.

The manufacturer offers a 5-year warranty and a liability insurance of 600.000€. The panels have a thickness of approximately 3 mm and a weight of 1.715 grams (size L/XL).
