Zephyr MKII GTX MID Boots - Lowa

The Zephyr MKII GTX MID boots from the Task Force range by the German brand Lowa are mid-height boots (14.5cm high), the evolution of the famous Zephyr model. The mid-calf boots provide us with enough protection during fast roping exercises while also giving us a wide freedom of movement.

The upper part of the Lowa Zephyr MK2 MID boot is made with a blend of Cordura fabrics®, provides us with an abrasion-resistant, water-resistant, and breathable finish. The boot has certification Gore-Tex for what assures us the water resistance.

The boots come with the necessary certifications in accordance with the ISO 20347:2012 to be considered safety boot, it is anti-static, the sole has protection against heat and cold. In addition, it is resistant to oils, gasoline, and derivatives.

The boot is made of breathable material, which makes them very comfortable boots to wear, even in hot climates. The heat is evaporated through the pores of the Gore-Tex membrane.

It has the technology "Two zone lacing", this technology allows us to better adjust the boot to our foot by having two different types of anchor points for the laces, allowing us to adjust the pressure that the boot exerts on our foot separately.

The sole is made using a complex mechanical double injection process, which ensures that the upper sole and the sole are joined as a single piece improving cushioning, reducing its weight, and increasing its durability. 

The monowrap frame® provides stability to the boot by wrapping around the midsole all the way up the side of the boot to the midsection, reducing the risk of twisting and increases stability even on the steepest terrains.

The Lowa® X-TRAC MILITARY sole, manufactured and developed by Lowa meets the highest standards in terms of anti-slip, offering us a secure grip on any type of terrain: wet terrains, with oil spills, and even on rugged terrains.
