The panels bulletproof, stab-resistant and knife-resistant Ballistic Protection IV level IIIA + Spike 2 are made 100% with Kevlar XP and Kevlar XD. They withstand up to 20 bullet impacts, even at distances less than one meter, and offer protection against shrapnel fragments in explosive threat situations.

These panels not only protect against ballistic projectiles but also against attacks with bladed weapons, making them an ideal choice for police forces, private security, and military personnel in urban or civil control environments.

Thanks to the manufacturing in aramid DuPont Kevlar, the panel is resistant to high temperatures, is fire-resistant and maintains its properties over time. Unlike polyethylene panels, Kevlar retains its V50 resistance and withstands more impacts without degrading.

With an approximate thickness of 7 mm, this panel is flexible, which improves comfort and allows better adaptation to the torso silhouette. The unidirectional aramid fibers make the panel lighter, more flexible, and highly efficient against ballistic impacts.

It offers a protection level of ballistic NIJ IIIA 0101.06 + Spike E1 / E2, being effective against ammunition 9 mm FMJ, .44 MAGNUM JHP and .357 SIG 125 grain FMJ.

Additionally, the vest offers knife and spike protection NIJ Spike II (NIJ 0115.00, level 2 in the "Spike" category) with the following features:

• Nominal impact energy (E₁): 33 Joules (≈ 5.9 m/s with a 1.9 kg load)
• Overtest impact energy (E₂): up to 50 J (≈ 7.3 m/s, same mass)
• Maximum allowed penetration: 7 mm under nominal conditions, and up to 20 mm under extreme test conditions

Furthermore, the Spike II level includes aggressiveness against sharp objects (nails, needles, spikes) also evaluated; they must not penetrate the panel more than 0mm under nominal conditions

The vest cover is made of polyamide fabric with a Fresh-Mesh mesh interior, which improves air circulation and reduces sweating. It has velcro areas for placing identification patches and features four adjustment points: two lateral and two on the shoulders for a perfect fit.

Additionally, it includes front and rear compartments designed to house 10"x12" rigid SAPI panels, allowing the protection level to be upgraded when necessary.

It is available in a female version, specially adapted to the female physique. Its approximate weight is 2.7 kg (size L) and it offers a coverage of 0.348 m².

Warranty: 10 years (8 years according to NIJ + 2 additional years offered by the manufacturer). It is recommended not to expose the panels to direct sunlight or clean them with harsh chemicals. It includes civil liability insurance up to $20,000,000 by the manufacturer covering damage caused by impact.
