Blastshield MILSPEC photochromic black ballistic glasses Cerakote - Gatorz

The Blastshield ballistic glasses of the American brand Gatorz are the first glasses with interchangeable lenses that they manufacture, as in all Gatorz glasses, the frame is made of aerospace grade aluminum and to make them compatible with interchangeable lenses they have developed an innovative system that they have called ICM (Innovative Clam Mechanism).

Photochromic lenses adapt the color depending on the amount of sunlight they receive. This makes them perfect for any situation as it allows us to not worry about the time of day we are in, or if we go from areas with lots of sunlight to indoor areas as the lenses will automatically change color.

By using the nose bridge we unlock the central piece which in turn releases the lens and allows us to make a quick, simple and safe lens change. The lenses have an anti-fog treatment, anti-scratch treatment and also comply with the ballistic standards ANSI Z87+, MILSPEC.

The mount is adaptable to any size and has a Cerakote finish, which is a ceramic coating that combines the best performance on the market in terms of resistance to high temperatures, wear, friction and corrosion.

Thanks to its manufacturing materials, such as aluminum Gatorz gives us a very low weight glasses with incredible finishes and performance.
