Tips for panel sizes Engarde and vest cover:
1.- Measure your waist circumference.
2.- Look at the table which is the measurement that best fits your figure.
3.- Keep in mind that it is recommended to have 5cm extra on each side of the waist to be able to adjust your vest.

4- Measure the height of the front of your body, from where your chest starts to your belly button (as marked in the picture).
