The 6" x 8" and 6" x 6" NIJ Level IV stand alone ballistic plates from Ballistic Protection IV are made of aluminum ceramic. They are certified in accordance with NIJ-STD-0101.06 of the United States Institute of Justice (NIJ).
These plates are manufactured to be worn on the sides of our vest, thus offering protection on the lateral flanks. Level IV ballistic protection offers protection not only against 7.62mm bullets but also against armor piercing ammunition.
The plate is manufactured in Mexico, has a liability insurance of 1.000.000€ and 8 years of warranty, offered by the manufacturer. They have a weight of 1.35kg.
