Tourniquet of the American brand SAM Medica, this tactical tourniquet differs from the rest of the tourniquets of the competition thanks to its patented adjustment system. This system allows the same adjustment as in other tourniquets, but with fewer turns. This is crucial in real situations and allows us to save time that we often do not have.
