Cobra Buckle PRO 50mm XL - AustriAlpin

The COBRA® PRO STYLE aluminium 50mm buckle with the XL clips from the Austrian manufacturer AutriAlpin is a safety buckle made of aluminum, one of the more resistant on the market due to its break resistance and its patented locking mechanism. 

It has the capacity to support 9kN of tensile strength and 18kN in loop configuration when combined with a quality belt. This version of the COBRA® PRO STYLE is made for 50mm wide belts and has brass clips size XL so that they can be easily opened, even with gloves.

The adjustment bars what is on the two parts of the buckle eliminate the need for seams, thus avoiding weak points in our belt, and allows for an easy and secure adjustment of its length. 

The locking mechanism of the buckle, patented by AustriAlpin, guarantees the security of the closure as we need to press both clips simultaneously to open it, which makes it the unilateral or under tension release is almost impossible. The locking of the buckle is confirmed with a distinctive "click" sound. The cutout on the back of the COBRA® PRO STYLE buckle prevents dirt, dust, ice, or snow from accumulating on the buckle, which increases its lifespan even more.

This buckle is made of aluminum coated with ktl (cathodic immersion coating) in black color. The buckle has a weight of 95 g. The AUSTRIALPIN Cobra® Pro Style is manufactured in Austria and is patented.
