The Removable Carrier Pads LBT-2020A shoulder pads from the American brand London Bridge Trading, LBT, offer the operator using them extra comfort, helping to reduce the pressure exerted on the shoulders.
They are specifically designed for LBT plate carriers, but we can also use them on any other model. They easily attach to the vest with a velcro closure.
