Tips for the sizes of the Engarde panels and the vest cover:
1.- Measure the circumference of your waist
2.- Look at the table to see which measurement fits your figure best.
3.- Keep in mind that it is recommended to have an extra 5cm on each side of the waist for
to be able to adjust your vest.
3- You can choose between total with overlap or total, without overlap. This depends on whether you want your vest to fit exactly or have a little extra space.
4- Measure the height of the front of your body, from where your chest begins to your navel (as indicated in the image). You can decide if you want a vest that covers you completely down to below the navel or just to the navel. Keep in mind that it is recommended that your vest reaches just to the navel, as this will give you more mobility when sitting.
