This tool from ESP is designed to cut Tuff-Tie® type rope shackles or Trifold type plastic shackles from ASP. It has a design that is very handy and includes a ring to attach it to any key ring.
It is very safe to use as the blade is designed so that only small items can enter, thus avoiding the risk of accidental cutting. It has dimensions of only 6.1 x 2.5 x 0.3 cm and weighs 12 grams.
