Knife and puncture-resistant vest + Cordura molle pouch - Security Guard

The pack of stab-resistant vest with outer cover for Cordura 500D MOLLE vest for Security Guard features stab-resistant, cut-resistant, trauma-resistant, and spike-resistant protection.

The vest is manufactured and tested in Spain in laboratories of the AITEX Textile Technology Institute, in accordance with standard NIJ STD 0115.00, achieving the following ratings:

• NIJ Level 1 – Edged Blade Class
• Knife (Blade) type S1/G (Level 1E1 – 24 J)
• Knife (Blade) type P1/A (Level 1E1 – 24 J)
• Spike (Spike) (Level 1E1 – 24 J)

The MOLLE cover in black features a design that allows you to adjust the vest comfortably and easily thanks to its elastic side closures and Velcro-adjustable shoulder straps. In addition, it offers front, back, and side protection, providing up to 10% more coverage compared to other stab-resistant vest covers.

The pack includes two stab-resistant and spike-resistant panels (front and back) made of hardened stainless steel, a material with technical characteristics far superior to others used for the same purpose, being up to 30% more effective at the same weight and thickness.

The panels are laser heat-sealed to protect them from sweat, moisture, and other environmental factors. The cover features internal zippered openings, allowing the panels to be removed for cleaning.

The cover is made of Cordura 500D nylon, a material highly resistant to tearing and abrasion. On the front, it features a laser-cut MOLLE panel, which allows you to attach accessories useful during service, such as pouches, first aid kits, flashlight holders, or multi-tool pouches.

On the front, just above the Velcro area for the Security Guard badge, it has a attachment point to secure accessories, such as a clip-on flashlight.

The manufacturer offers a 5-year warranty and a €600,000 civil liability insurance. The panels are approximately 3 mm thick and weigh 1,715 grams (size L/XL). You can view the technical data sheet here.
