The BuddyStrap rescue harness from the Israeli brand Agilite is a device developed in conjunction with SOF operators that allows us to transport an injured person in a "comfortable" way while keeping your hands free.
Although it was initially developed with an eminently military purpose, it also has applications in the civilian world, for example for transporting wounded people in the mountains, people with reduced mobility, etc.
It includes a kit to anchor it to our Plate carrier, although we can use it without any additional accessory. It includes padded shoulder straps to reduce the pressure of the straps on our shoulders.
It is a one size harness, has dimensions (collected) of only 9.9 x 25.4 x 8.9cm (3.9 "x10 "x3.5"), we can store it in any backpack without problem, we can also attach it to our Plate carrier by molle anchor.
The Buddystrap is made of 500D Cordura, buckles and MILSPEC plastic so durability is more than assured. It has a weight of about 588 grams.
