RIG MILSPEC photochromic ballistic glasses - Gatorz

The ballistic glasses RIG MILSPEC with photochromic lenses comply with the regulations MIL PRF 32432A, offering protection 7 times greater than the ANSI Z87.1.

Photochromic lenses they automatically adjust to the level of sunlight. Indoors they remain clear, and when exposed to UV rays, they darken to protect the eyes. They are ideal for changing climates and jobs that involve frequent transitions between indoor and outdoor areas, such as in CQB or raids.

These lenses are also sensitive to temperatures, they darken more in warmer areas. The lenses they activate with UV rays, so they will not activate if we use them in cars with windows that block UV rays.

They go from 85% clarity to 15% (sunglasses) in approximately 60 seconds.

Treated with properties anti-fog and water-repellent, the lenses are oil and grease repellent. They have also passed impact tests, withstanding two impacts from a .15 caliber projectile fired at speeds of between 213 y 221 m/s (700-725 feet/second) without cracking or breaking.

The aluminum frame makes them lightweight and durable, while their ceramic coating Cerakote® improves the durability and resistance of the paint.
