Medium IFAK First Aid Kit - Neptune Spear

The Medium IFAK First Aid Kit (Sleeve + Insert) from the Polish brand Neptune Spear is designed to carry all the necessary medical equipment in case of emergencies. It has a ambidextrous design that will allow us to take it out from both sides, a feature that can save our lives.

This IFAK consists of two pieces, the outer piece is made of Cordura and on the front it has a velcro area with a interchangeable color cross (gray, red, and black), also at the top includes a tourniquet holder and a scissor caseThis case can be anchored both on molle surfaces and on our belt.

The inner bag is folded inside the cover, at the back it has a small velcro surface that help to fix it inside of the case. On the part in the front we find an elastic what can we use to store another emergency scissors, marker, etc.

Once extracted, we can access the interior by opening the dust and water resistant zipper of which it has, the interior of the bag includes elastics to distribute and organize all the material we need.

The IFAK has some measurements of 16 cm x 12 cm x 7 cm, it has a compressive elastic on the back that can help secure the load inside in case it does not completely fill the interior space. Medical material not included.
