The COFFEEBREWER organic emergency coffee from the Danish brand The Brew Company is organically grown in Tolima, Colombia at an altitude of over 1100m. The coffee beans are 100% Arabica.
The coffee has a high acidity level and medium roast. What’s interesting about this coffee format is its unique, reusable brewing system.
To prepare the coffee, simply pour boiling water into the top of the bag, which will pass through the ground coffee and filter. This process takes about 3 minutes and collects at the bottom of the bag. Once done, it can be poured out through the spout on top.
To refill the bag, simply remove the used coffee grounds, rinse out any remaining residue with a bit of water, drain well, and refill with fresh ground coffee.
It has a capacity of around 2 cups of 150ml each, with different levels marked on the back to adjust the coffee strength to taste.
