Tips for the sizes of the Engarde panels and the vest cover:

1.- Measure the circumference of your waist
2.- Look in the table which measurement best fits your figure.
3.- Keep in mind that it is recommended to have an extra 5cm on each side of the waist to
be able to adjust your vest.
3- You can decide between total with overlap or Total, without overlap. This depends on whether you want to have exactly your vest or a little extra space.
4- Measure the height of the front part of your body, from where your chest begins to your navel (as indicated in the image). You can decide if you want a vest that covers you completely down to below your belly button or just up to your belly button. Keep in mind that it is recommended that your vest reaches just above the navel, this will give you more mobility when sitting
