The ballistic plates from the Ballistic Protection brand of level 4 are made of Stand Alone alumina ceramic with an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene backing. They are resistant to rifles up to .30 AP / 7.62mm NATO FMJ.
The carrier is made of 1000D Nylon tear-resistant material, and it also features UV protection and is waterproof. It has a curved design that fits our torso better.
The shooter plate (front) weighs about 2.65kg, measures 25.4 x 30.5cm, and has a thickness of 2.4cm. The full plate (back) weighs about 2.8kg and measures 25.5 x 30.5cm with a thickness of 2.4cm.
Most plate carriers are compatible with shooter cut plates, but not all plate carriers are compatible with full plates. If you have any doubts, it is best to buy shooter cut plates since they are compatible with all plate carriers.
The plates' coating is made of a fire-retardant, flame-resistant material.
They are certified according to the NIJ-0101.06 standard.
