IFAK Horizontal Medical Pouch ROLL Elite First Aid Kit - M-TAC

The Horizontal Medical Pouch ROLL Elite IFAK by the Ukrainian brand MTAC is designed to be anchored, via velcro, to our plate carrier or first line belt without the need to use the molle system.

It has a very slim "roll" design that takes up very little space, preventing it from interfering when we sit or travel in a vehicle. It is made from high-quality materials such as YKK Aquaguard zippers, Cordura 500D, and Cordura Squadron, ultra-resistant materials.

The design of the IFAK is ambidextrous, allowing access to the medical material from both sides of the IFAK. The pouch is divided into two parts: the outer part that is anchored to the vest, belt, etc., and the inner part where the first aid items are stored.

The inner pocket has elastics to keep all the material well secured and to prevent it from accidentally falling out when deployed. On the outer part of the cover, there is a cross that can be changed in color between red, black, or multicam if the identifier is removed.

It has a size of 26x9cm (10.2" x 3.5"). Medical material NOT included.
