The stand alone ballistic plates NIJ level IV of 6” x 8” and 6" x 6" from the brand Ballistic Protection IV are made of alumina ceramic. They have certification in accordance with the current NIJ-STD-0101.06 standard of the United States Institute of Justice (NIJ).

These plates are manufactured to be worn on the sides of our vest, thus offering us protection on the lateral flanks. The level IV ballistic protection offers us protection against 7.62mm bullets and armor-piercing ammunition bullets.

The plate is manufactured in Mexico, comes with a civil liability insurance of €1,000,000 and 8 years warranty, offered by the manufacturer. They have a weight of 1.35kg.
