Ballistic plates stand alone NIJ level IV of 6” x 8” and 6" x 6" from the brand Ballistic Protection IV are made of alumina ceramic. They have certification in accordance with the current regulations NIJ-STD-0101.06 from the United States National Institute of Justice (NIJ).

These plates are designed to be worn on the sides of our vest, providing us with protection on the lateral flanks. The level IV ballistic protection offers us protection against bullets from the 7.62mm to armor-piercing ammunition.

The coating of the plates is made of a fire-retardant material. 

The plate is manufactured in Mexico, has civil liability insurance of €1,000,000 and 8 years of warranty, offered by the manufacturer. They have a weight of 1.35kg.
