This ESP brand tool is designed to cut Tuff-Tie® type rope shackles or ASP Trifold type plastic shackles. It has a design that is very manageable , it includes a ring to be able to attach it to any keychain.
It is very safe to use since the blade is designed so that only small-sized items can enter, thus avoiding the risk of accidental cutting. It has dimensions of only 6.1 x 2.5 x 0.3 cm and a weight of 12 grams.
