The ESSTAC vertical belt tourniquet pouch offers a compact, low-profile solution for carrying a tourniquet while taking up as little space as possible on our belt. Its elastic design provides firm retention of the tourniquet, keeping it always within reach for a quick draw.
This model is designed to integrate with outer belts that have hook-and-loop (hard) Velcro on the inside, whether or not they have MOLLE attachment, offering a stable vertical orientation. Unlike other options that carry the tourniquet horizontally across several MOLLE columns, this one takes up as little space as possible.
