The tourniquet SICH (Strengthened Individual Combat Hybrid Tourniquet) is manufactured and developed in Ukraine as a result of the battles that took place in the area.
This tourniquet is a hybrid between the CAT tourniquet and the SOF-T. Unlike the CAT, the SICH tourniquet has a lever arm and metal closure, both made of aluminum lightweight and durable to withstand extreme workloads.
The fixing triangle has been redesigned and features a patented special shape that allows you to fix the bar quickly and securely.
Your ergonomic design prevents any damage to soft tissues, thus avoiding atrophy in any area when applying the tourniquet. It also includes an area of marking that allows you to note the time with any sharp object (bullet cartridge, nail, etc.).
In addition, your patented technology ensures an extra strong adhesion on the tape, guaranteeing safe and effective operation in any situation (snow, rain, mud, etc.).
The SICH tourniquet has passed various tests (NATO standard) and protocols, complies with European regulations regarding medical materials and has CE marking. Currently, this tourniquet is used both by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and in many parts of the world and has a design that has been extensively tested in the battlefield.
