The Battle Belt 3 belt with Cobra® D-Ring buckle is made from Curv composite, this material is stiffer, more durable, and thinner than the traditional material used to make top-tier belts.
This gear belt has a 45mm width on the outer side; the inner side is lined with 40mm-wide hook Velcro so we can attach a female-loop inner belt to it (not included). The width of the inner Velcro is smaller than the belt so the Velcro doesn't rub against our clothing and wear out. Even though it is 5mm thinner than the belt, it is wide enough to attach gear and keep it stable.
The outer part of the Neptune Spear Battle Belt 3 is fully covered with MOLLE panel, the inner layer of the Curv composite belt provides the structure of the MOLLE panel. It is cut from a single laser-cut piece, so it will not bend or break, making it much stiffer than any Cordura belt.
It is compatible with any MOLLE accessory, as for the buckle, the female part of it is attached to the belt, the male part of the Cobra buckle is adjustable and it has a Velcro strap to hold the belt tail and keep it secure.
The inner Velcro belt is not included; it is recommended to buy the brand's one or a similar model with female-loop Velcro (soft).
The belt is not certified as a safety belt, although the buckle attachment on the female side, which includes the D-Ring, is reinforced.
WARNING: During a transition period, the curv on Coyote and Multicam belts may have a black or Coyote finish depending on the batch.

The differences between the Battle Belt 1 and Battle Belt 3 are:
- BB-1 allows you to swap buckles, while the BB-3 has a fixed buckle.
- BB-1 uses a 25mm buckle and the BB-3 uses a 45mm buckle. The 45mm and 25mm Cobra buckles have the same strength, but the 45mm one includes the D-Ring.
- The BB1 chassis is made from Curv, while the BB-3 chassis is made from webbing.
- Both have the same rigidity and stability.
Which belt should you choose? If you're looking for a lighter belt, choose the Battle Belt 1. If you're looking for a more tactical belt, plan to carry heavy items, and want a buckle with a D-Ring, choose the Battle Belt 3.
