The EP5 protection plugs are affordable and reusable. With a "full block" design, it uses a soft, adjustable, triple-flange stem to seal the ear canal and block potentially harmful sounds, providing an impressive noise reduction rating (NRR) of 26dB. The EP5 is an excellent choice for industrial, tactical, and general applications where maximum protection against continuous noise levels is desired and the ability to hear ambient sounds or conversations is not a priority. The EP5 is made of soft yet durable hypoallergenic polymer, ensuring comfort throughout the day and a long product lifespan (up to over 6 months, depending on use and care). A low-profile design allows the EP5 to be worn with a mask, helmet, or supplemental hearing protection, and they are also effective for sleeping.
