IFAK TacMed Flex First Aid Kit - 5.11

The 5.11 IFAK TacMed Flex medical pouch, built from durable 500D nylon, combines lightweight design and durability. Its quick-access fold-out front pocket lets us reach it with one hand so you can have your medical gear ready instantly. Inside, the FLEX-HT™ elastic retention system ensures each item stays neatly organized even during sudden movement.

At the bottom of the IFAK, it features an elastic retention strap for carrying a CAT-style tourniquet, ensuring ultra-fast access to this critical item. The outer face of the pouch includes a laser-cut MOLLE panel and female hook-and-loop, ideal for attaching additional accessories such as scissors, patches, or small flashlights.

On the back, two PMAG-size pockets let you carry magazines or similarly sized accessories, keeping them organized and within easy reach. In addition, thanks to its two rear MOLLE attachment straps, you can securely attach the 5.11 IFAK TacMed Flex to compatible vests, backpacks, or belts.
