The Plate carrier and AEGIS TR (Tactical Response) panels from the Spanish brand Pondetac are the evolution of the standard-issue vest, developed by active personnel of the State Security Forces and Corps to offer greater durability, modularity and faster response in real operational environments.

This vest is made entirely in Spain (100% Valencian design and manufacturing), using MILSPEC materials which ensure high durability and quality; it is optimized to withstand demanding service conditions.

Constructed from premium materials such as certified CORDURA® 500D, it includes front and rear pockets for SAPI / shooter cut ballistic plates, a MOLLE MIL-SPEC abrasion-resistant woven nylon system and VELCRO® to MILSPEC standard. The 8 mm reverse zipper with reinforced slider and thermo-shrink pull tab improves durability against continuous abrasion.

Its design allows carrying our soft ballistic panels with or without hard ballistic plates, since these are inserted from the outside, enabling a Rapid Tactical Response: the operator can insert the front Level IV plate in seconds, unaided and without removing the vest, immediately increasing protection.

Notable is its system of removable padded inner panels in 3D mesh, which allows sanitizing the vest after service without removing accessories attached to the MOLLE. The MOLLE MILSPEC system enhances customization, allowing adjustment of the height and position of each pouch for a better fit.

It also includes front and rear communications cabling retention systems, and the option to expand the configuration with optional accessories such as 2M SPIDER quick releases.
