Freeze-dried lemon cream with yogurt - Food Force

La Food Force Orange Cream 60 g is a light, easy-to-prepare dessert, ideal for rounding out emergency rations, outdoor activities, camping trips, excursions, or any situation where a compact, quick-to-prepare food is needed.

Its recipe combines yogurt powder, butter, lemon, and orange flavoring, resulting in a creamy dessert with a pleasant citrus note. It only needs 100 ml of cold water and a few minutes of resting time.

Preparation method:

• Open the bag and spread the base out well.
• Add cold water up to line 2 (approx. 100 ml) while stirring.
• Let stand for 2 to 5 minutes.
• Stir again before consuming.
• Add a little more water if you want to adjust the texture.
• Consume immediately after preparation.

Ingredients: sugar, YOGURT powder, modified starch, BUTTER powder, thickening agents: guar gum and carrageenan, EGG powder, lemon powder, acidity regulator: malic acid and flavorings (including orange 0.04 %).
