Chocolate Mousse - Food Force

Food Force Chocolate Mousse is a creamy, quick-to-prepare dessert, ideal for rounding off a meal during outdoor activities, camping, hikes, trips, or for including in ration packs and emergency kits.

Made with 14% cocoa powder, milk, and egg white, it lets you easily prepare a mousse with an intense chocolate flavor using only cold water. Its compact, lightweight format makes it easy to carry in a backpack and prepare directly in its own bag.

Preparation instructions:

• Open the bag and fully unfold the base.
• Add 100 ml of cold water, approximately up to the line 2 on the container, while stirring.
• Let stand for 2–5 minutes.
• Stir again before consuming.
• If necessary, add a little more water to adjust the consistency.

Consume immediately after preparation.

Ingredients: sugar, 14% cocoa powder, milk powder (MILK), vegetable fat powder (rapeseed oil), modified starch, glucose, powdered EGG white, thickener: guar gum, salt, stabiliser: E450, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, and flavours (chocolate).
