This tool from the ESP brand is designed to cut rope shackles like Tuff-TIE® or plastic ones like Trifold from ASP. It has a design that is very manageable, and includes a ring to attach it to any keychain.
It is very safe to use as the blade is designed to only allow small-sized elements to enter, thus avoiding the risk of accidental cuts. It has dimensions of only 6.1 x 2.5 x 0.3 cm and a weight of 12 grams.
