The Gen. 5 tourniquet pouch with Velcro from the Ukrainian brand M-TAC is designed to carry and provide quick access to a CAT-type tourniquet. Its ambidextrous design also allows access from either side.
It is made of Cordura 500D, a high abrasion-resistant material that ensures great durability in any situation. In this generation 5 version, the side flaps secured with Velcro allow the tourniquet to be removed from either the right or left side, accommodating both right- and left-handed users.
We can attach the tourniquet pouch to the front of a plate carrier, if it includes a Velcro area where cummerbund side panels also attach, or we can secure it to our equipment belt, between the inner and outer belt. On the lower part there is an elastic band for a marker, a detail that helps track application times.
