CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent to you. If you haven't received it, check your spam or junk mail folder. In this email, you can see if your order has been shipped and the tracking number.
You will also receive an email when your order is ready with the tracking number and the carrier chosen for your shipment.
If you still don't see the confirmation email, contact us via email at info@SERMILITAR.store indicating your issue, the name, and the phone number you used to place the order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
TIME FRAMES FOR MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a size exchange or return.
CHRISTMAS PERIOD: From November 15, we extend the deadline for exchanges and returns to January 10.

SIZE EXCHANGES
You get one FREE size exchange for our items in the clothing, footwear, and uniforms categories. Returns are not free; you can view return costs and more information here.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and mainland Portugal, size exchange shipping costs will be shared: SERMILITAR will cover the cost of returning the items to our warehouse, and the customer will pay for the new shipment to their address.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT
At SERMILITAR we offer the Sequra installment payment service that allows you to pay in 3 interest-free installments, 30, 60, and 90 days after making the purchase. You can also finance your purchase for up to 24 months, depending on the purchase amount.
