The GREIM (Mountain Rescue and Intervention Group) is a specialized unit of the Spanish Civil Guard dedicated to rescue operations and response in mountainous and hard-to-reach environments. Its main function is to carry out rescues in mountainous areas, but they also handle tasks such as accident prevention, assistance in emergency situations, and intervention in complex natural environments.

The members of GREIM are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to carry out missions in adverse conditions, such as search and rescue of people in the mountains, interventions in hard-to-reach areas, and other emergency situations in natural environments.
