The EIR Medical Pouch IFAK first aid kit from the Spanish brand Ragnar Raids is designed to carry and access your first aid kit quickly in environments where every second counts. Its compact, modular, and ambidextrous design allows the inner insert to be removed from either side of the pouch, making immediate access to medical supplies easy whether it is mounted on a belt, plate carrier, or chest rig.

One of the EIR’s main strengths is its great configuration versatility. Thanks to its construction, it can be installed on the rear or front of a plate carrier, chest rig, or on our first-line belt, adapting to different setups without compromising mobility or stability. It features a attachment system compatible with MOLLE and hook-and-loop.

Inside, it includes a removable pouch with two side pull tabs. In addition, the exterior has a front elastic loop for carrying a quick-access tourniquet, while its high-performance elastic fabric helps keep the contents secure with a low profile. Made from 1000D nylon, it is built for intensive use.
