IFAK Horizontal Medical Pouch ROLL Elite First Aid Kit - M-TAC

The IFAK Horizontal Medical Pouch ROLL Elite from the Ukrainian brand MTAC is designed to attach with velcro to our plate carrier vest or first-line belt without the need to use the MOLLE system.

It has a very slim design in the shape of a "roll" that takes up very little space, thus preventing it from interfering when we sit or travel in a vehicle. It is made from high-quality materials such as YKK Aquaguard zippers, Cordura 500D and Cordura Squadron, all highly durable materials.

The design of the IFAK is ambidextrous: we can access the medical material from both sides of the IFAK. The kit is divided into two parts: the outer part that is anchored to the vest, belt, etc., and the inner part where the first aid items are stored.

The inner pocket has elastics to keep all the material securely in place and prevent it from falling out accidentally when we deploy it. On the outside of the cover, we have a cross that we can change color between red, black, or Multicam if we remove the identifier.

It has a size of 26x9cm (10.2" x 3.5"). Medical material NOT included.
