The BuddyStrap rescue harness from the Israeli brand Agilite is a device developed in conjunction with SOF operators and allows us to transport a an injured person in a "comfortable" way keeping your hands free.
Although it was initially developed for a primarily military purpose, also has applications in the civil worldfor example, to transport injured people in the mountains, people with reduced mobility, etc.
Includes a kit to anchor it to our plate carrier vest, although we can use it without any additional accessories. Includes some padded shoulder pads to reduce the pressure of the straps on our shoulders.
It is a harness one size, it has a (folded) size of only 9.9 x 25.4 x 8.9cm (3.9"x10"x3.5"), we can store it in any backpack without any problem, we can also attach it to our plate carrier vest through molle anchor.
The Buddystrap is made of 500D Cordura, MILSPEC buckles and plastic so durability is more than assured. It weighs about 588 grams.
