The Food Force chocolate mousse is a creamy, quick-to-prepare dessert, ideal for completing a meal during outdoor activities, camping, hikes, trips, or for including in ration packs and emergency kits. It is easily prepared with cold water, so you can enjoy a great dessert anywhere.
Made with 14% cocoa powder, milk, and egg white, it lets you easily prepare a mousse with an intense chocolate flavor using only cold water. Its compact, lightweight format makes it easy to carry in a backpack and prepare directly in its own bag.
Preparation method:
- Open the bag and fully unfold the base.
- Add 100 ml of cold water, approximately up to line 2 of the container, while stirring.
- Let stand for 2–5 minutes.
- Stir again before consuming.
- If necessary, add a little more water to adjust the consistency.
Consume immediately after preparation.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa powder 14%, milk powder (MILK), vegetable fat powder (rapeseed oil), modified starch, glucose, egg white powder (EGG), thickener: guar gum, salt, stabiliser: E450, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, and flavorings (chocolate).
