The Molle Hanger anchor adapter from the Israeli brand Agilite is specially designed and optimized to carry your IFAK MD2TM Compact Trauma Kit or any other similarly sized IFAK on the bottom of a plate carrier or any surface with velcro.
We anchor the velcro directly where we need to increase the molle area, whether it be a vest, belt, cummerbund, etc. This small accessory has countless uses, thanks to its reduced size we can use it to mount radios, magazine pouches, etc., inside the cummerbund side bands.
