The MILSPEC MAGNUM ballistic glasses with photochromic lenses are among the best-selling glasses among special operations operators. These are highly versatile glasses that adapt to any situation, made from aerospace-grade aluminum, which can be easily molded to fit your face shape.
The lenses feature anti-fog treatment, are hydrophobic (repellent to oil or fuel), offer UV 400 protection, and are photochromic, meaning they darken or lighten depending on sunlight exposure.
When used indoors, these MAGNUM MILSPEC glasses provide clear vision; however, when the photochromic lenses are exposed to UV rays from the sun, they darken automatically. This feature makes them the perfect choice for environments where conditions change suddenly.
They are certified to MIL PRF 32432A, ANSI/ISEA Z87.1 2015 Standard.
The lenses take approximately 60 seconds to transition from 85% (clear) to 15% (dark).
