The Defender plate carrier vest DFPC from the American brand Condor is designed to carry soft ballistic panels and ballistic plates, offering modular protection.
This vest allows you to carry SAPI/Shooter/Swimmer-cut ballistic plates at the front and back. It is compatible with M size plates of 25.4 x 30.48 cm (10" x 12") and L size plates of 26 x 33.66 cm (10.25" x 13.25"). It also accepts BALCS/SPEAR-cut panels in size L/XL. Although designed for this cut, it is also compatible with other types.
On the sides, it can carry plates up to 15 x 20 cm (6" x 8"). The side cummerbunds feature MOLLE on the outside for attaching additional accessories. The size of the cummerbund is adjustable with velcro at the front and a cord at the back.
The inner area is padded with a mesh finish to enhance breathability. The entire exterior of the vest is covered in MOLLE. At the front, the first two strips of MOLLE include loop velcro on the outside to anchor identification patches, badges, etc.
On the back, in addition to the MOLLE panel, it has a rescue handle for emergency evacuations. The non-slip shoulder pads are adjustable and removable. In addition, they feature padding and cable guides. On the back, it also has a buckle for easier disassembly.
It is compatible with waist sizes from 106 to 137 cm (42" to 54"), measured around the navel.
