The Loopo tourniquet holder is an elastic tourniquet pouch from the Polish brand Neptune Spear, designed to carry most commonly used tourniquets: CAT, SAM XT, TIE, SOFTT-W...
This tourniquet pouch is divided into 3 zones, the top part is a piece of 40mm wide velcro that we can attach to our first line belt, we can attach it between the inner and outer belt, this way it won't take up space on our molle.
We can also place it, using velcro, on our plate carrier. Its design allows us to carry the tourniquet in any position. It also includes a small compartment to carry a chemical light, like the Cyalume or a marker.
