Tegris 48mm equipment belt with inner belt - Warrior Assault System

The T1 Tegris 48mm thick equipment belt with inner belt from the brand Warrior Assault System is a first line that includes outer and inner belt, is made of Tegris and nylon US MIL SPEC with treatment to not emit infrared signature.

Tegris is a composite material made of thermoplastic polypropylene and oriented fibers, known for its lightness, high impact resistance, and durabilityIt is a material with the same characteristics as webbing, but with a much thinner profile.

The first line consists of an inner Tegris belt 48mm wide of female velcro that has enough stiffness as for being used as an EDC belt in case we are not using it together with the outer belt.

On the other hand, the outer belt of this T1 Tegris belt from 50mm wide, it is made with a Tegris core, and also features 1" webbing around it to provide you with greater integrity and rigidity to the belt. It has a Cobra D-Ring buckle from AustriAlpin that connects to a 25mm webbing strap that will help us adjust it to our size.

The Cobra D Ring buckle complies with the ANSI Z359.12-2019 standard, offering us a minimum tensile strength of 15 kN for the buckle and 22 kN for the D-Ring.

Both the inner and outer belt feature the Rigid Stability System technology that provides extra stability by "storing" the excess tegris inside the belt, thus forming a continuous structure of Tegris throughout the belt.

The outer belt is fully compatible with any accessory you have. molle anchor, like IFAKS, magazine pouches, dump pouches, etc. The set of outer and inner belt has a weight of about 320 grams (Size M)
