The IFAK Med Pouch 3.0 from the American brand Wilder Tactical is a compact, durable medical pouch designed to carry medical supplies in an organized way with quick access in emergency situations.

Its two-piece ambidextrous design, made up of an outer sleeve and a removable roll-style insert, allows the contents to be deployed quickly and access to the gear from either side or from the front. This ambidextrous setup makes extraction easier under stress.

Made from heavy-duty nylon laminate, it features reinforced pull tabs and a front Velcro panel for medical or ID patches. For rear attachment, it includes UAB clips that allow it to be mounted on belts ranging from 3.8 cm (1.5") to 5.7 cm (2.25").
