El cinturón EDC con ajuste rápido Chuck Ratchet DRK / STL from the Greek brand Pentagon is designed to offer us a great rigidity, millimetric adjustment, and absolute reliability both for operational environments and for everyday use.
El Chuck Ratchet Belt está fabricado con Oxford reinforced webbing e integrates internal rigid plate that provides up to twice the stiffness of a conventional leather EDC belt. This structure ensures the belt keeps its shape even under load, offering a stable stand for cases, charger holders and EDC team, with a load capacity of up to 80 lbs (36kg).
Has a system of hidden rail-type adjustment that offers us more than 20 different positions in 1/4” increments, allowing a precise and quick adjustment in any situation. This micro-adjustment lets us easily adapt the belt to our waist size.
La Chuck Ratchet buckle, manufactured in a metal alloy provides us with exceptional strength, as well as a quick open and close system designed for dynamic environments. It is available in 2 versions: metal finish buckle (STL) y black-finish buckle (DRK).
Its modular design allows the compatibility with other 1.5” EDC belts y buckles with similar mechanisms. The fastening system by large teeth and screws asegura a solid bond between belt and buckle, preventing any slipping even under pressure.

Cutting and fitting instructions
To adjust the Chuck Ratchet belt to your exact size, follow these steps:
- On the back of the belt, locate the printed measurement marks and look for your trouser size.
- Add 10 cm (4”) additional to your size to compensate for the buckle area.
- Cut the belt along the marked line using a pair of very sharp scissors.
- If your size is close to the indicated maximum, do not cut initially. Try the belt on first and adjust afterward if necessary.
- Insert the cut end into the buckle housing with the securing teeth facing up.
- Press the buckle clamp firmly to secure the belt.
- Pass the belt through the buckle (left to right) and tighten using the Ratchet system until it is firm.
- The end of the belt should protrude approximately 7–8 cm (3”) beyond the first belt loop of the pants.
