Padded ventilation panels for AirPad vests - Pangolin

The padded ventilation panels for Pangolin AirPad vests are designed to improve comfort and ventilation in our vest. Their air-cushion system creates a separation between the body and the vest, allowing better airflow and helping reduce heat buildup during hot weather.

In addition to improving breathability, the AirPad design helps reduce some of the trauma caused by an impact, absorbing and distributing part of the kinetic energy across the surface of the panel. Its patented design, using a network of air bubbles, manually inflated and connected by channels, helps distribute force more evenly, increasing comfort and providing an additional layer of cushioning between the wearer and ballistic protection.

The Pangolin AirPad features a SAPI-Cut format, so it is compatible with numerous body armor vests and carriers that have female hook-and-loop in the inner body area. Its lightweight, low-profile design makes it easy to integrate without adding unnecessary bulk to the gear.

How to use: to inflate the panel, repeatedly press the pad marked “INFLATE” until the desired firmness is reached. To deflate it, press the pad marked “DEFLATE”.
