To clean the pads, simply take a damp cloth with water, add a little soap, and gently clean them, removing the excess with a dry cloth. They cannot be submerged in water and do not use other cleaners as they may damage the pads. The manufacturer recommends replacing them every 6 to 8 months under normal usage conditions, or every 3 to 4 months in cases of excessive use or in extreme/humid climates.
