First Aid Kit IFAK Balmis - Bulltac

The IFAK Balmis first aid kit from the Spanish brand Bulltac offers us a compact, versatile solution that lets us carry our emergency gear on vests, belts, or any other platform compatible with MOLLE attachment.

The outer IFAK pouch features MOLLE attachment in the upper area, allowing us to add a tourniquet holder or another compatible accessory so it is always within reach. The front includes an identifying cross that can be configured using an interchangeable inner insert, so you can use it with the red card included or remove it and leave it the same color as the rest of the IFAK.

Its Velcro closure keeps the first aid kit secure at all times while also allowing quick access to the interior. The back includes a MOLLE system for attaching it to vests, MOLLE belts, or compatible belts 44 mm (1 3/4").

The interior is designed with different compartments to organize and secure medical supplies safely. It also includes two pull tabs, one on each side, allowing us to remove the kit from both the right and the left once installed in its main compartment.
