These GSG 9.2 boots from the renowned German brand Adidas is a tactical waterproof boot that has been developed in conjunction with special operations units of the German SWAT and GSG 9 teams. The name of this range of Adidas boots comes precisely from this special operations group of the German Federal Police.
This high-top boot, which is approximately 21cm (8.2") high and can be worn all year round, features Adidas' Climaproof® waterproof Goretex membrane, which provides breathability while repelling water from entering the boot.
The outsole is made by Adidas and includes TRAXION™ technology for traction on multiple terrains. It includes a removable Ortholite EVA insole that provides great breathability, absorbs odors and gives us greater comfort.
In the heel of this tactical boot we find Adiprene® for shock absorption, Adiprene® is an elastomer (rubber) that has a perfect combination of hardness, resistance and load capacity. It does not lose properties at high or low temperatures, a very important characteristic for work under pressure or shock.
It has 3 reinforced bands with Adituff™ technology, an abrasion-resistant material, for greater support, protection and resistance of the midfoot area.
With this GSG-92 boot we will not have problems to perform Fast Rope operations because it has RAP (Rope Assault Protection), in addition this reinforcement extends to the heel area and transfers a safer braking and better control in FastRope.
This GSG 9.2 boot is certified as a work shoe according to EN347/O2 (anti-slipping, antistatic and resistant to gasoline), the sole is oil and gasoline resistant according to DIN EN ISO 20345, 20346, 20347 and complies with the antistatic standard DIN EN 344-1, 4.3.4. It has an approximate weight of 1448g/pair (size 43).
