Salomon QUEST 4D FORCES 2 Boots Coyote

The Salomon QUEST 4 D FORCES 2 boot in coyote color, from the French manufacturer Salomon, is an all-terrain boot that has the latest advances of Salomon in relation to the manufacture and design of mountaineering boots. From the Sole  All Terrain Contagrip to the knotting system SensiFit™. These boots are designed for civilians and military personnel looking for a high performance mid-cut boot.

The sole Salomon All Terrain Contagrip® is made to cover the maximum number of possible surfaces, it also ensures long durability and safety in both wet and dry terrain.

It has the 4D Advanced Chassis™This frame provides stability to the boot even on the steepest terrain, thus reducing the feeling of fatigue on long kicks.

It is made of Nubuck leather, a type of cowhide leather, similar to suede, but with substantial differences. The manufacturing process is different, the polishing and tanning is done on the outer side of the leather. This provides greater durability.

The midsole is made of a combination of different density rubbers to offer greater cushioning, stability and control. It also contains EVA rubber EnergyCell, a type of EVA rubber that reduces impacts.

It has a mesh around the top of the upper and a reinforced tongue that prevents small stones from getting inside the boot. The reinforced tongue also helps to keep it centered.

It is made of non-reflective materials, especially designed for tactical environments.

Breathable lining for greater comfort and better cooling.

It is compatible with the Quicklace™ (not included).

The webbing that we see from the laces to the lower leather part is the  technology  SensiFit™ of SalomonThe foot is wrapped from the top to the bottom and on both sides.

It has templates OrthoLite®, These provide better cushioning, breathability and durability. Increasing the comfort and performance of the boot.

ISO 20344:2011 certifies it, assuring us that they have a layer of puncture-resistant material that prevents sharp objects from penetrating the sole of the shoe.

They also comply with ISO 2419:2012, related to the thickness and quality of the leather, assuring us that it has a thickness of 2mm for greater durability.

The approximate weight of the boot is 650g for a size 42 2/3.
